Share the Best Part of Your Town to Win a $40,000 Prize from Disney
Disney Family Fun is looking for stories about the thing that you love most about your town If you enter the Single Best Town Contest, you could win a $40,000 prize that your whole town can enjoy.
To enter, submit a picture showing the single best thing about your town, along with a title and a description of 1,000 characters or less describing why you chose that picture. There are three categories to choose from, Reasons To Visit, Events and Festivities, and Hometown History.
Judges are looking for originality, how the entry inspires others to visit, and whether the photo does a good job of showcasing the Town.
The grand prize is a party for the town you love, including a performance by the band “Love and Theft,” appearances by ABC daytime television stars, and more. The winner will also receive $10,000 cash for him- or herself. The prize is worth a total of $40,000.
Entry into the Single Best Town Contest is open to residents of the contiguous US aged 18 and above. Enter once before February 28, 2010.
